Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-29 that the beings he calls the Ultraviolets, also known as the Ra collective, operate from the ninth or tenth dimension and above with the Orma, Carians and Blue Avians as part of the higher Guardian Alliance, above the Galactic Alliance.
Per The Ra Material (1981–1984), the Confederation is a service-to-others federation, and Ra speaks as a group consciousness rather than an individual.
