The short version

  • We collect what you give us (account details, quiz answers, journal entries, chats) plus basic usage and device data needed to run iBelieve.
  • We never sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
  • Some features send your content to trusted processors, such as AI providers that generate your insights, jokes and channel replies, and payment processors for subscriptions.
  • Your journal is private. Health and biometric data are optional and only used with your permission.
  • You can access, export, correct or delete your data anytime by emailing support@acodeus.com.

This summary is for convenience; the full text below is what applies.

Who we are

iBelieve is operated by Acodeus, LLC (“Acodeus”, “we”, “us”), Orange Beach, Alabama, USA. We are the controller of the personal information described here for the iBelieve website, mobile apps and related services (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and profile: name, email address, sign-in provider details (for example your Google account name and profile photo if you sign in with Google), birth date, and any profile photo you upload.
  • Self-reflection content: questionnaire answers and the healing insights generated from them, journal entries and artwork, favorites, ratings (for example how funny a joke was), messages you send to AI Channels, and your 12∞ path: the marks and notes you give the book's answers and the questions you ask the 12∞ companion (kept on your account until you clear them or delete your account).
  • Voice and audio: when you use voice features, audio is processed to power that feature. Sacred Cymatics analyzes microphone audio on your device and does not upload it unless you choose to record or export.
  • Health and biometric data (optional): heart rate and other wearable data you choose to connect (for example Apple Health or Android Health Connect in the mobile apps).
  • Payments: subscription tier, status, renewal dates and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us; we may display a card’s brand and last four digits.
  • Communications: messages you send through the contact form or email.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage: features used, pages viewed, and in-app activity shown in your activity feed.
  • Device and technical: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and local storage: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and store short-term conveniences on your device (for example an in-progress channel conversation). See “Cookies and local storage” below.

How we use information

  • Provide and operate the Service, including your account, subscriptions and support.
  • Personalize your experience, such as healing insights, Ascension Keys and chakra views, Joy Therapy humor, and AI Channel conversations.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
  • Protect the Service and our users, including spam and abuse prevention (for example Google reCAPTCHA), fraud detection and security monitoring.
  • Understand usage so we can fix problems and improve features.
  • Send service messages (for example account, billing or security notices) and, where permitted, optional updates you can opt out of.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

AI processing

Several features use artificial intelligence. To generate a response, the relevant content you provide (for example quiz answers, a chat message, or the context needed to write a joke or report) is sent to our AI service providers, currently OpenAI for text and images and ElevenLabs or OpenAI for synthesized voice. They process it on our behalf under their API terms and data-usage policies.

AI output can be inaccurate and is provided for reflection, not as professional advice. We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Infrastructure: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, file storage).
  • Payments: Stripe (web), Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchases), and PayPal (optional gifts).
  • AI and voice: OpenAI and ElevenLabs, as described above.
  • Security: Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and usage information subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Embedded content: YouTube, when you play an embedded video.
  • Website analytics and ad measurement (with your consent): Google Analytics and Google Ads, on the website only. See “Cookies and local storage” below.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or Acodeus.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Health and wearable data (Apple Health, Health Connect, Apple Watch)

Health & wearables is optional (Premium) and off until you turn it on in the iBelieve app. You choose which kinds of data to share: heart rate, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, breathing rate, sleep, steps and mindful minutes. We read them from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android (Samsung Health and other apps reach us through Health Connect), and note which of your devices recorded them, such as an Apple Watch or Galaxy Watch. With your permission, iBelieve also saves finished breath sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes.

Your data is read on your phone and reduced to one summary per day (for example, average and resting heart rate, hours of sleep, step count) before anything leaves the device. We never receive individual readings or their exact times. Summaries are stored in your account only after you agree, and are used only to show your trends and to pace the heartbeat of your meditation figure. Live heart rate from an Apple Watch session is shown in the app and not stored. Health data is not sent to AI providers.

We never sell health data, use it for advertising or marketing, or share it with data brokers or anyone else. You can stop sharing and delete everything we stored at any time on the Health & wearables page (this also works if you are no longer on Premium), and withdraw access in the Health app or Health Connect. Deleting your account deletes it too. iBelieve is not a medical service, and this data is for reflection, not diagnosis.

Your answers about beliefs, emotions or spirituality may also be sensitive; we treat them as confidential and use them only to provide the Service to you.

Coherence Circles (group sessions)

Coherence Circles (Beta, Premium) let a group practise together. Joining a circle is opt-in: you see what is shared and agree to it first, and we record the version of that consent and when you gave it. While you have joined a live session, and only then, your device sends your heart rate, a heart-coherence estimate and your chakra and auric values every 10 seconds. If you measure your pulse with your phone's camera, the images are processed on your phone and never recorded or uploaded.

Other members, leaders included, see only group averages, and only when at least 3 members are sharing, so no one's own values can be picked out. You see your own values. Leaders see the names of the circle's members. Your live values are deleted when the session ends; the circle keeps group averages and a session summary, and your account keeps your own record of the sessions you attended. You can leave a session or a circle at any time, and deleting your account removes your memberships and history (a circle you own passes to a co-leader or is deleted). This is reflective feedback, not a medical measurement.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or de-identify it within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records longer, for example billing and tax records or information needed to resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, typically within 90 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted cloud storage, access controls, database security rules and monitoring to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your sign-in credentials private and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your rights and choices

  • Access and export: request a copy of your personal information.
  • Correction: update your profile in the app, or ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: delete your account and personal information anytime in Profile → Delete account, or ask us to.
  • Withdraw consent: disconnect health data, disable microphone access, or stop optional emails anytime.

EEA, UK and Switzerland: you also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority. We rely on contract (providing the Service), consent (optional features such as health data), legitimate interests (security and improvement), and legal obligations as our legal bases.

California and other US states: you may request to know, delete or correct personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To make a request, email support@acodeus.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 30–45 days).

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We also store some conveniences only on your device, such as a conversation in progress or when to show a subscription offer. Blocking essential cookies may stop some features from working.

Google Analytics and Google Ads (website only, added October 17, 2026). On the website we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help people, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. They set cookies and receive your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit and those events (for a purchase, its value and an order number). We use them only with your choice in the cookie banner; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland nothing is measured until you accept. We switch off ad personalisation and remarketing, and we don't use them inside the iPhone or Android app. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, they never load. When you subscribe or order on the website, our server may confirm the purchase to Google Analytics with the same order number, only if you accepted analytics.

You can change your choice at any time: . You can also use Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or your browser's settings. Our own first-party counts (how many visits, sign-ups and purchases each page and source brings) use no cookies and no third parties.

Children

iBelieve is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@acodeus.com and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Third-party links and services

The Service links to or embeds third-party sites and content (for example YouTube, PayPal or partner websites). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them. Some features load public data straight from another service, such as the live position of the International Space Station (wheretheiss.at) on Etheric Mapping; those requests carry only what any web request does, such as your IP address, and never your account details.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
