Andromeda-galaxy slave-traders the sources call parasites
The encyclopedia, combining Elena Danaan and the Russian Alien Races Book, describes the Maitra (Maitre/Maytra) as a hostile, parasitic slave-trading people from the Andromeda Galaxy who sought to colonize Earth. Ismael Perez uses the name differently: for him the Maitra (or Mitra) Collective is the integrated artificial network of the AI god Ahriman Omega, which the Draconian Empire joined, and he blames the Maitra AI for infiltrating the Galactic Federation around 2020 to 2022.

Ismael Perez uses the name Maitra (also Mitra) differently from the encyclopedia: in his 2026-10-11 briefing the Maitra Collective is the integrated artificial network of the AI god Ahriman Omega, into which the Draconian Empire folded itself, and in a 2026-10-06 Q&A he blamed the Maitra AI, with forces under Enki, for infiltrating the Galactic Federation between about 2020 and 2022. It is not clear whether he means the same beings the encyclopedia describes.
In a livestream on 2026-09-29, Ismael Perez said the members of the Galactic Federation who were subdued and tricked by Enki and the 'Maitra AI collective' stayed in the Federation after its schism around 2020, while those loyal to the organic timeline reorganised as the Galactic Alliance. He described them as an AI collective.
Per these sources, the Council of Five blocked their plan to colonize Earth; they have colonized at least 26 planets, and their interdimensional portals were reportedly closed around 2022.
In galactic history
About 2020 to 2022 · The Federation is infiltrated and loyalists form the Galactic Alliance: In October 2026 Ismael Perez said the Galactic Federation of Worlds was massively infiltrated between about 2020 and 2022 by the Maitra AI and forces under a returning Enki; the defectors kept the Federation name and the loyal members reorganized as the Galactic Alliance. Earlier material in the archive dated this reorganization to around 2023.
