Andromedans
Far-seeing council-keepers and timeline guardians with a faint blue glow
According to Ismael Perez, the Andromedans are highly advanced beings of the 6th dimension and above who watch over whole evolutionary timelines, working with temporal alliances and the Galactic Alliance but rarely stepping in directly. In his cosmic history the Andromeda galaxy was once joined with our own Milky Way. The A–Z encyclopedia's sources, chiefly Alex Collier, place them instead in the constellation Andromeda and describe tall, faintly blue telepaths who host a council of some 140 civilizations.

The encyclopedia pictures a tall, serene humanoid with skin of the faintest blue and a quiet telepathic presence. Meeting one might feel like sitting with a patient historian who has watched your story unfold over ages and is in no hurry at all.

What each source says
Perez calls the Andromedans benevolent, Alliance-aligned beings of mainly 6D and above, specializing in long-range observation, timeline stabilization and correction, and neutralizing weapons through consciousness. The Andromedan Council works with temporal alliances, 'time lords' and the Galactic Alliance, but direct intervention is said to be rare. The FAQ notes that 'Andromeda' can mean either a star-system tradition or the galaxy, depending on the source.
In Perez's cosmic history, Andromeda and the Milky Way were once a single great galaxy he calls Amway. When AI 'mind-eater' nanites invaded its upper reaches, the Forces of Light split it in two to protect the human experiment; Andromeda was eventually cleansed and stayed connected to the eternal realms. He lists an Andromedan Council of 12, names Andromeda as a Lyran refuge, and calls Andromedans one of our future versions.
Perez said Andromedans joined the Lyrans and Pleiadians against the Orion-Draco Empire in the galactic wars and helped found the Federation; some serve in the Earth Alliance in manifested bodies, and they are among those restoring the technologies of light that will make Earth a Type II stellar civilization.
Perez says the Andromedans are a little more advanced than most Milky Way races because they have had more time to evolve spiritually in balance with technology.
Perez says the Milky Way and Andromeda were once one galaxy and are now merging again into a supergalactic system called Anway, part of the ascension of the whole galaxy.
In his talk posted 2026-04-30 Ismael Perez said the Milky Way and Andromeda were once a single galactic sphere, Anwa, severed during the war with negative AI, and that their observed merging is a restoration that in the timeless fifth dimension could take only days.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez said an Andromedan research branch, the Andromedan Oceanic Explorers, has kept temporary and permanent underwater installations in Earth's seas for about one and a half million years, studying the planet and its biology. He lists them among the seven major ocean civilizations of the Oceanic Council of Earth.
In Operation Guardian Shield over Iran (September 2026), Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-22, Andromedan guardian forces kept watch from a distance, tracking weapon trajectories and unusual energy signatures that could threaten the planetary grid, while Andromedan personnel assisted the Arcturian craft.
On 2026-09-27 Ismael Perez said the Andromedan wars against the negative AI have been won and Andromeda restored, so that from a higher-dimensional view the Milky Way and Andromeda are already re-fusing as the galaxy he calls 'Anway', even though from 3D the merger still seems millions of years away.
Bashar says that most beings people contact from Andromeda are light beings, and that very few physical civilizations actually come from the Andromeda galaxy. He says the Anunnaki moved there after evolving beyond our galaxy. Fan commentators note that he does not always make clear whether 'Andromeda' means the constellation, with neighbors inside our own galaxy, or the separate Andromeda galaxy.
Elizabeth April mentions Andromedans mostly in passing in her public material: an Andromedan she calls Pine has answered audience questions in her Galactic Federation summits (for example on psychic protection), and one members-only Q&A is devoted to Andromedans. Her detailed descriptions of them appear to sit behind her paywall, so little of her specific view could be confirmed. (Lower confidence: based on titles and summit listings only.)
Swaruu of Erra describes the Andromedans as a very old, non-Lyran people with few variants, closer kin to the Arcturian races and to the 'Blue Pleiadians'. They are pictured as very slender and fragile-looking, 2–3 metres tall (about 2.4 m on average), hairless, with sky-blue skin. She says they have no home planet and live aboard huge biosphere ships, run a 'holographic' political system, and are so logical and unemotional that they often clash with the emotional Taygetans; she credits them with influencing Earth ideas such as karma and the Sanskrit language, and with helping found the Federation.
With Alex Collier as its foundational source, the encyclopedia places the Andromedans in the constellation Andromeda, around the binary Titawin / Upsilon Andromedae, rather than in the Andromeda galaxy. It describes tall, faintly blue fifth-density telepaths, some living over 2,000 years, who act as council-keepers and cosmic historians coordinating about 140 civilizations under a non-interference ethic. Elena Danaan's material calls their council the Zenatean Alliance and its main lineage the Zenae.
In galactic history
Undated · The electrical wars split Andromeda from the Milky Way: Ismael Perez teaches that the AI broke in through Andromeda, spreading nanite 'mind eaters' that turned living beings into cyborgs. The Emerald Order fought a non-physical war of light bodies, and to protect the experiment the Anway galaxy was severed into Andromeda and the Milky Way, with 8D Avyon Earth inside the Milky Way.
Undated; soon after the Ring Nebula attack · The Lyran Diaspora: Ismael Perez says the Lyran leader, the Great White Lion (spelled Emelius or Amelius in the notes), sent about three quarters of the Lyrans away to the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda and some 200,000 other star systems to save the experiment. Feline Urmah warriors stayed and fought bravely but were defeated.
About 5 million years ago (as stated in this interview) · A coalition of light becomes the Galactic Federation: In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Ismael Perez said a Lyran-Sirian coalition of light, joined by Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Epsilon Eridani, Epsilon Bootis, Alpha and Beta Centauri, Mintaka and free upper-Orion systems, became the Galactic Federation about 5 million years ago, a different date from the roughly 60 million years in his course notes.
About 1.5 million years ago · Andromedan explorers set up undersea research stations: In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez said the Andromedan Oceanic Explorers have kept underwater installations for planetary observation and biological research in Earth's seas for about one and a half million years.
20 September 2026 · Operation Guardian Shield over Iran: Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-22 that the lights seen over Iran were Arcturian craft with Andromedan and Pleiadian support, protecting the Abaddon stargate (Stargate 10) and a gate in Yemen from the escalating war, and deliberately visible as a prelude to a mass appearance.
Unfolding now · The Milky Way and Andromeda become Anway: Ismael Perez says the Milky Way is reuniting with Andromeda into a supergalactic system called Anway, part of the galaxy's ascension.
