The ancestral star family said to have seeded humanoid life across the galaxy
According to Ismael Perez, the Lyrans of the constellation Lyra were the first flowering of a vast cosmic project to blend the finest qualities of countless beings into one humanoid family, and nearly every human-looking people in the galaxy, ourselves included, descends from them. The A–Z encyclopedia's sources agree, calling them the root ancestors of Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans and Earth humans. Their family includes both tall, fair humanoids and an older, feline-featured people.

If you met one…
Ismael Perez describes the original Lyrans as deeply peaceful beings whose very ships were living extensions of themselves, so meeting one might feel less like encountering a stranger and more like recognizing a long-lost elder of your own family. Some, the sources suggest, would carry a faintly lion-like grace: golden eyes and a calm, regal warmth.
What they look like
The encyclopedia's sources describe the oldest Lyran look as distinctly feline, with slightly elongated eyes and a faint cat-like cast to the face; later lineages appear tall, fair and fully human, with red, blond or dark hair. Ismael Perez speaks of humanoid Lyrans alongside the feline Urmah who fought beside them.
Their gifts
Said to carry the original humanoid blueprint and to travel by inner technology, the Merkaba or light body, rather than machines; their descendants are said to have spread that blueprint to hundreds of thousands of star systems.
Their bond with Earth
In Ismael Perez's telling, Earth itself descends from a Lyran world (Avyon), and Hyperborea was Earth's first, Lyran seeding, so humanity belongs to a Lyran-linked family and melting pot. The encyclopedia likewise places humans among the descendants of the Lyran diaspora.
What each source says
Ismael Perez teaches that Guardians condensed the genetics of millions of celestial races into 100, then 22, then 12 races, and that the 12 Houses of Lyra emerged as the fruit of this experiment, meant one day to produce a super race. The early Lyrans lived in unity consciousness, used organic, living technology and had no weapons, so when Draco forces from Orion found them in the Ring Nebula they could not defend themselves. Their leader, the Great White Lion (Emelius or Amelius in the notes), told about three-quarters of the Lyrans to scatter to the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda and some 200,000 other systems, which Perez calls the Lyran diaspora; the feline Urmah were among the few who stayed to fight.
In his Galactic Report, Perez calls Lyra the cradle of galactic humanoids and names worlds such as Avyon, Avalon, Apex, Bila, Moroc and Tekk. The FAQ stresses that 'Lyran' names a whole civilization-family with several forms and branches, broader than the feline Urmah, and that Lyrans and Sirians are the main seeding races for galactic humans. Ancestry does not settle alignment: his course history notes that some Lyrans later broke away and sided with the Orion Empire.
In a livestream on 2023-11-20, Ismael Perez said the first humans in our universe began in Lyra, seeded about 560 million years ago in the twelfth dimension as immortals, on worlds closely tied to Earth. He sees human history since then as a descent rather than an upward evolution, and says the true Star Wars began with the Lyran Wars against the expanding Orion-Draco Empire.
In a talk livestreamed on 2023-11-29, Ismael Perez called the Lyran Council the original council, the first of the councils that now sit within the Guardian Alliance or Emerald Order.
Perez said he is the chief leader of the Lyran Federation, one of the first federations in the galaxy, formed about six million years ago after the Draco destroyed his home planet Abion in the first galactic war in Lyra. He sent Lyrans across the galaxy to secure the human species, founded the first Coalition of Light, and saw it grow through Sirius into a federation of more than 200,000 star nations.
Ismael Perez said the Lyran ancestors were given a prime directive to explore peacefully and share with other species, and named their first colonies as Avalon in the same system, a planet given as Bila, Planet Teqa and Planet Merak (spellings from the transcript). After the first galactic wars, he said, the Lyran diaspora carried ideals of freedom and brotherhood through the Milky Way and other galaxies over about 500,000 years.
Ismael Perez said the original Earth was the planet Avyon in Lyra at the eighth dimension, and that every humanlike advanced civilization in the universe broke away from it while it was in that higher state, which is why they resemble us.
Ismael Perez teaches that Earth is the third incarnation of Avon, the original Lyran homeworld, so all human-type galactic civilizations broke away from this planet when it existed in an eighth-dimensional form.
Ismael Perez named the twelfth-dimensional Lyran world Aramatena, which in one telling he equates with the original Avon, as destroyed by the Draco in the first galactic war. Elsewhere he describes humanity falling from twelfth-dimensional Aramatena to eighth-dimensional Avon, and he says he is in constant contact with his own Lyran family.
Ismael Perez said all Earth prophecies descend from an original Lyran prophecy that the final battle of duality would be fought and won on Earth, restoring the galaxy. It passed from Lyra to the Pleiades and Alcyone, then to Atlantis and Lemuria, before Babylon and organized religion distorted it.
Perez places the Lyran homeworld Avon in the Vega system and names neighbouring colony worlds Avalon and Abex. He describes the first Lyrans as immortal beings operating across twelve densities whose light bodies drew on the central sun, building towers and whole cities by fusing mind with the elements rather than with machines. After the Ring Nebula attack he says about 500 million Lyrans who stayed behind were killed, while escapees spread to some 200,000 star systems.
Perez says the twelve royal houses of Lyra are the end product of a billion-year program in which millions of races pooled DNA into about 100, then 24, then 12 races, and that they entered our universe through a white hole at its central sun, the twelve-dimensional Aramatena gate. He names a king of Lyra, rendered in the transcript as Melus, who ordered the Lyran diaspora.
In a 2025 livestream Perez described the Lyrans as versions of humanity existing from the eighth through eleventh dimensions, part of a picture in which each galactic race is a different dimensional aspect of humanity.
In a 2026-05-17 talk Ismael Perez said the Lyrans repeated the pattern of an earlier, overly spiritual experimental species: embedded in Christ consciousness and knowing no war, they withdrew rather than confronted and so lost the first war of our universe to the Draconians.
In his talk posted 2026-04-30 Perez said the 12 houses of Lyra, the houses of the Elohim, were the final distillation of an interuniversal breeding program (millions of races into 100, then 22, then 12), and that humanity's progenitors entered our universe about 560 million years ago through a white hole in the Lyra system.
In a 2026-04-09 livestream Perez said the multiverse contains an "alpha" universe where the Lyrans won against the Draco and an "omega" universe where they were destroyed, with other versions in between, and suggested Earth is a reincarnating piece of the Lyran home planet Avyon.
In a livestream on 2026-09-27, Ismael Perez said guardian records trace humanity's ancestral current to Lyra, from which it spread to Sirius, the Pleiades, Andromeda and Arcturus. These galactic humanoids lacked the rhesus protein and so were, in his words, the original Rh-negative peoples.
The crosswalk notes that Bashar acknowledges many ET lineages, Lyran-related ones among them, but does not make a Lyran royal genealogy the backbone of human cosmic history the way Ismael Perez does. It rates the two views as moderately compatible.
Lyra plays a smaller role in Bashar's cosmology than in many other sources. Instead he speaks of 'protosapiens' or precursors, described as the first humanoid forms from which most humanoid peoples in our galaxy descend. Fan tables of his material list a Lyran (Vega) line and call the Anunnaki an offshoot of the Lyrans. The well-known picture of Lyra as the cradle of the humanoid form comes mainly from Lyssa Royal's 'The Prism of Lyra', not from Bashar.
Elizabeth April describes the Lyrans as the ancestors of many human-looking star peoples. Unusually, she says they often show up in feline or bird-like form rather than purely human form — so in her view the Lyran line already blends human, cat and avian features.
In the Family of Taygeta material, the Lyrans are the root of all human-looking peoples: long ago they lived peacefully on the planets Lyra and Avalon around the star Vega. Swaruu says the Federation's official archives call this the origin of the human race, while other archives point to the Triangulum region, and that the Lyrans' own earliest records were lost in the first phase of the Orion Wars. After a reptilian invasion, the survivors scattered in a 'Great Expansion' that seeded countless worlds, Taygeta and Earth among them.
The encyclopedia's sources, led by Lyssa Royal and Keith Priest's The Prism of Lyra, describe the Lyrans as foundational ancestors whose diaspora seeded most humanoid peoples, Earth humans included. Originally peaceful agricultural builders, they are said to have become the first humanoids to develop warrior traditions only because Draconian aggression forced it on them. The entries list a feline original phenotype, later fair human-looking lineages, and a pale 'White Lyran' branch.
In galactic history
During the first galactic war · Draco destroy Aramatena/Avon: Ismael Perez said the twelfth-dimensional Lyran world Aramatena, the original Avon, was destroyed by the Draco in the first galactic war, beginning humanity's fall through lower Earths.
Undated · The Lyrans emerge in the Twelve Houses of Lyra: Ismael Perez teaches that the Guardians planted the experiment in the Milky Way through a white hole, and the Lyrans of the Twelve Houses of Lyra emerged as its fruit. On 8D Avyon Earth they lived in Christ consciousness, used organic technology and the Merkaba light body, and gradually settled worlds in and beyond Lyra.
Undated · The Lyran Wars begin in the Ring Nebula: According to Ismael Perez, Draco scouts found peaceful, weaponless Lyrans exploring the Ring Nebula and reported them as the race they had been told to destroy. The attack that followed is described as the first holocaust in our galaxy and the start of the galactic wars.
Undated; soon after the Ring Nebula attack · The Lyran Diaspora: Ismael Perez says the Lyran leader, the Great White Lion (spelled Emelius or Amelius in the notes), sent about three quarters of the Lyrans away to the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda and some 200,000 other star systems to save the experiment. Undated · Sirius B, the Anuhazi and the battle-star Nibiru: In Ismael Perez's account, Lyran survivors escaped by portal to Sirius B and, with the Azurites, formed the Sirian High Council. They blended Lyran and Sirian genetics into the Anuhazi, an interdimensional guardian race later known as the Anunnaki, and built Nibiru from a fragment of Avyon to patrol some 200,000 refugee systems on a 3,600-year orbit.
Undated · The Orion Empire and the Black League: Ismael Perez teaches that Lyran refugees in Orion were enslaved by Draco forces, while some Lyrans turned and became Aldebaran Nordics allied with the Dracos in what became the Orion Empire. A few rebels formed a secret resistance, the Black League of Orion.

About 4 million years ago · Tiamat, Avyon reborn, is shattered: Ismael Perez said Tiamat, a planet four times Earth's size and the reincarnation of Avyon, was captured by our solar system and later destroyed in the galactic wars; part became the asteroid belt and a chunk became Earth.
