Procyonians
Liberated humanoids of Procyon, said to help guard a protective blockade around Earth
The A–Z encyclopedia's sources describe the Procyonians of Canis Minor, a little over 11 light-years away, as tall humanoids whose worlds were freed from Grey occupation and who now help maintain a protective blockade around Earth. One account traces them to Nordic refugees who fled the collapse of Rigel in Orion and later drove out their occupiers. The uploaded Ismael Perez material does not discuss them.

If you met one…
By these accounts you would meet a tall, fair humanoid, some with chalk-white skin and pale hair, with the bright, eager confidence of a people who recently won back their freedom and want to help others do the same.
What they look like
Tall humanoids; some lineages have chalk-white skin and pale hair and are sometimes confused with the Tall Whites (encyclopedia). The Rigelian refugees they are said to descend from are described as tall, golden-haired and blue-eyed.
Their gifts
Protective, defensive work; they are described as active participants in the protective blockade.
Their bond with Earth
The encyclopedia cites Frank Crawford's 'Oscar' testimony (1988–1992), which describes Procyonians working with the U.S. military, and portrays them as very enthusiastic allies since their liberation.
What each source says
Perez names the Procyonians among the Lyran-descended humanoid peoples.
The encyclopedia describes the Procyonians as tall humanoids from liberated worlds, active in the protective blockade, some with chalk-white skin and pale hair that leads to confusion with the Tall Whites. It cites Frank Crawford's 'Oscar' testimony for their operational contact with the U.S. military. Following the Rigelian-diaspora narrative of George Andrews, Alex Collier and Stewart Swerdlow, it says Procyon was settled by Nordic refugees fleeing Rigel's collapse, who later expelled the Rigelian Greys from their planet.
