Shalanaya
Bashar's hybrid children, raised by the Yahyel and meant to one day live on Earth
In Bashar's teachings, as channeled by Darryl Anka, the Shalanaya are the hybrid children of the Gray-human program, cared for by the Yahyel, whom he calls their 'watchers' or keepers. Fan summaries say they live on ships for now and are expected to settle on Earth once humanity is ready. Sources disagree on whether Shalanaya is simply another name for the Yahyel or a separate sixth group.
Also called: Shalinaya, the hybrid children, Sha-ya-el (some fan lists).

What they look like
Described as very human-looking hybrids. Fan sources mention stronger empathic and psychic sensitivity, but no consistent physical description.
Their bond with Earth
Bashar presents them as part of the bridge between humanity and the hybrid civilizations. Fan summaries say they will one day live on Earth.
What each source says
Bashar, as channeled by Darryl Anka, describes the Shalanaya as the hybrid children and the Yahyel as the hybrid race that watches over them. He explains that the hybrid program went through several phases: the early hybrids still looked Gray, and the later ones were refined to look much more human. Fan tables of his material sometimes number the Shalanaya as a sixth hybrid race living on ships until they can live on Earth.
