Ismael Perez says Archangel Michael oversees our universe, the 12th Creation, and heads the Space Brotherhood, while Lucifer was once the 11th archangel. Encyclopedia sources say many angelic souls now incarnate on Earth as guides and messengers.
What each source says
Ismael Perez teaches that Source divided into seven Elohim and then twelve archetypes, the twelve Archangels, each overseeing one of the twelve original Creations: Jesus is the first and eldest, Lucifer was the 11th before his fall, and Michael, the 12th, oversees our universe and heads the Space Brotherhood, while Metatron works on a multi-universe level. The archangels, whom he places among the Type 4 creator gods, have children who form the first level of Seraphim; the Seraphim bring forth the Cherubim, then the Oraphem or Ophanim, then humans, and some believe the Oraphem was the original Adam. His Ascension 3.0 course says the 14th chakra is where we learn to work with the seven Elohim and twelve Archangels as living archetypes.
On 2023-11-30 Ismael Perez said the angels and all the celestials of our universe were made in the image of the Paa Tal, the original central race. In a talk livestreamed on 2023-11-29 he called the original humans 'angelic humans' and said the Covenant of Palador exists partly to protect them.
Perez said the gods of world mythology, the angels of the Bible and today's benevolent guardian extraterrestrials are one and the same, and he identified the good Anunnaki line as the seraphim branch that stayed loyal to Michael and the office of the Christ.
Ismael Perez said even the angels were meant to bow down to humanity because humans are God's ultimate creation, the result of mixing the celestial genetics of all the multiverses.
Ismael Perez ranks Metatron (keeper of the outer circuits used by Creator gods), Melchizedek-Yahweh (father of Michael and the archangels, overseer of the twelve living universes), Michael (Apollo, Horus) and Gabriel (Michael's firstborn, identified with Enlil and Zeus) just below Prime Creator Source.
Ismael Perez teaches that the Rishis, cosmic entities of dimensions 13–15 who have reunited with all that is, are the most powerful beings in the multiverse (Metatron is one), and that the nine angelic orders are non-incarnate helpers of Source who guard those who incarnate.
Perez equates the seraphim and the angels of the Vedas, Quran and Bible with benevolent guardian races and angelic humans, and the fallen angels with reptilian and Draconian beings.
Perez names Archangel Raphael as one of twelve archetypes, and Lucifer as a fallen archetype, presenting the Lyrans as the physical embodiment of the angelic realm in the line of Michael.
In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Ismael Perez said the supernaphim, seconaphim and tertiaphim are functionaries of the Eternal of Days, the first celestial organization governing the central universe. They lack free will in the usual sense as aspects of the One, and as archetypes they also exist within human DNA.
In his talk posted 2026-04-30 Perez said Samana, overseer of the technological 11th creation and later Lucifer, was one of the twelve archetypes alongside Michael, Gabriel and Sandalphon, and was manipulated by the Ahriman into building the first AI.
In a 2026-10-15 livestream Ismael Perez said angelic and archangelic souls incarnate on Earth only as fractals of their vast collective consciousness, coming from non-physical realms of the seventh to fifteenth dimensions to carry the original spiritual pattern into matter. He described them in human form as highly sensitive, conflict-averse and drawn to healing and service, and as missing heaven rather than a home planet.
In a 2026-10-13 livestream Ismael Perez called Jesus the reincarnating firstborn of heaven and the first celestial archetype, brother of the archangels Michael, Uriel, Raphael and Sandalphon. He noted that angels who met the biblical prophets had physical bodies, since every dimension has its own physical form.
Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-20 that the starseed envoy programme lets celestials incarnate as humans, with millions now on Earth. His rule of thumb: volunteers from the fifth and sixth dimensions are angels, from about the sixth to eighth archangels, and from the tenth to twelfth Elohim. He agreed that seraphim incarnates are often diagnosed with ADHD.
Elizabeth April lists 'the Angelics' among her key contacts alongside Pleiadians, Greys, Mantis, Anunnaki and Reptilians, and says she has remote-viewed angels as well as ET groups active around Earth. She frames angelic beings as part of the wider family of non-human helpers rather than as a separate religious category.
Yazhi Swaruu and Anéeka of Temmer suggest that the Earth image of winged angels partly comes from the Karistus, a winged, mostly sixth-density people they place in hidden crystal cities at Jupiter.
Drawing on Lisa Renee's Ascension Glossary, the A–Z compilation describes the Seraphim as a founder race of golden, avian 'Winged Ones' from the Gold Order Ray, said to have created the divine human prototype and then to have been captured and hybridised with reptilian DNA after the Luciferian rebellion, a wound their bloodlines still carry. Katrina Koltes' readings describe an Angelic Lineage from the Angelic Crystalline Realm: light beings in their native state and humans when incarnate, who often serve as messengers alongside Sirius B starseeds and many of whom once lived in Lemuria.
In wider spiritual practice angels are among the most loved helpers: a guardian angel for each person, and archangels such as Michael for protection, Raphael for healing and Gabriel for messages, called in through prayer or simple asking.
In galactic history
Soon after the first division (no separate date given) · Seven Elohim, twelve Archangels, twelve Creations: Ismael Perez describes Source dividing next into seven (the mighty Elohim and the seven Super Universes) and then into twelve: the twelve original Creations, each overseen by one of twelve Archangel archetypes, with a pattern continuing on to 144. He names Jesus as the first of the twelve, Lucifer as the 11th and Michael as the 12th.
About 820 billion years ago · The War of the Elohim: In a 2026 interview Ismael Perez dated the original war in the cosmos, the war of the Elohim fought beyond our galaxy in the 11th or 12th dimension, to about 820 billion years ago.
About 520 billion years ago · The fallen Elohim's electrical wars: Ismael Perez said the war of the fallen Elohim against the Elohim, the "electrical wars," took place about 520 billion years ago, giving a date to wars his course notes leave undated.
Undated; planned during the 11th Creation, to take billions of years · The plan for a melting-pot super race: Ismael Perez describes a great council of creator gods in the Super Universe of Orvonton that chose a slow remedy for the 'Cosmic Virus': blend the best genetics of millions of races into 100, then 22, then 12, to create beings able to live in both material and non-material realms. Universe #84 of the new 12th Creation, overseen by Archangel Michael, was chosen as the shielded melting pot.
Undated · The Covenant of Palador is founded in Sirius B: In a talk livestreamed on 2023-11-29, Ismael Perez said the forces of light founded the Covenant and Seal of Palador in Sirius B to protect the fifteen-dimensional Time Matrix, the Earth and the original angelic humans.
