Sirians
A many-peopled trinary star system of seeders, guardians and wisdom teachers
According to Ismael Perez, Sirius is a trinary star system (Sirius A, B and C) that serves as one of the great seeding and governing centers of our galaxy, home to many different peoples rather than a single race. Its populations include royal galactic humanoids, bird-like Blue Avians, feline Urmah and canine guardians, and, in the encyclopedia's sources, the amphibious Nommo remembered by the Dogon people of Mali. Most are described as kind and protective, with a small number of less friendly factions.

If you met one…
Because 'Sirian' names a whole star system, a meeting could take many forms: a tall humanoid with a cool blue or deep-toned complexion, a lion-featured guardian, or even a gentle water being. The sources picture them as elder teachers and protectors, the kind said to have shared sacred geometry and seeded ancient temple traditions.
What they look like
Many forms. The encyclopedia describes Sirius A peoples as tall humanoids, some darker-skinned and some with feline features, and Sirius B as home to the amphibious Nommos and later humanoid groups such as the tall, pale Ashkeru. Ismael Perez lists avian, feline (Urmah), canine and royal galactic-humanoid lineages.
Their gifts
Said to be master seeders and genetic stewards, high-council governors and guardians; the encyclopedia also credits them with the mystery traditions behind Egyptian and Sumerian culture.
Their bond with Earth
In Ismael Perez's history, the Sirian High Council coordinated the galaxy's defense of the human 'experiment', created the guardian Anuhazi race and the patrolling world Nibiru, and guided the human refugee worlds into the Galactic Federation about 60 million years ago. He places Earth's whole stellar neighborhood in orbit around Sirius B.
What each source says
Perez teaches that our Sun circles Alcyone, which circles Sirius B, which in turn circles the Great Central Sun of our universe. When the Lyran world Avyon was destroyed, survivors fled through a portal to Sirius B and founded the Sirian High Council with the Azurites, the original etheric Sirians of the 10th to 12th dimensions, blending Lyran and Azurite genetics into the Anuhazi, the first guardian race, later known as the Anunnaki. Under the Council's guidance the scattered human worlds united, giving rise to the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
In the Galactic Report, Perez calls the Sirians predominantly benevolent with a few negative factions and, together with the Lyrans, a main seeding race for galactic humans. He highlights Blue Avians, feline Urmah/Ormas and royal galactic humanoids as positive Sirian-linked groups, and in Q&A adds dog-faced humanoids from Sirius who work closely with the Ormas. The FAQ sums it up: 'Sirian' is a system-level identity, not one body type.
In Our Cosmic Origin, Ismael Perez passes on reports that many of the whale and dolphin people who originated in Sirius have lived on Earth since its first great galactic civilization, Mu. That makes Earth's cetaceans one of Sirius's longest-standing presences on the planet. (Known here from a search snippet of the book; lower confidence.)
In a talk livestreamed on 2023-11-29, Ismael Perez said the Covenant and Seal of Palador, the alliance uniting the Emerald Order's orders, was founded in Sirius B by the forces of light to protect the fifteen-dimensional Time Matrix, the Earth and the original angelic humans. In a 2023-11-20 talk he also said our constellation, number 70, is registered as Sirius.
Perez said our Sun, Helios, forms a binary with Sirius B and descends from the Sirius family: Sirius birthed Alcyone, which birthed our Sun. For millions of years Sirius B has held the office of the Christ, the High Council over all spiritual councils in the galaxy; as Sirius rises to Harmonic Universe Four, Earth will inherit that role, and Earth is again under the Sirian High Council's jurisdiction.
He described the Sirian High Council as 11th- and 12th-dimensional overseers, rishis at the top of our galaxy's hierarchy, and said Christ was an incarnated Sirian.
Ismael Perez said his galactic self sits on the Council of Sirius as one of twelve who oversee events in our universe and on Earth. He said he was born through an off-world program using Sirian celestial genetics, named his father as Kyle, king of Sirius B, and linked the Jedi of Star Wars to the great blue star of Sirius.
Ismael Perez said the Seal of Palador, the alliance behind the Galactic Federation side of the war, was established in Sirius and Lyra to restore peace, harmony and freedom across the galaxy.
Ismael Perez credited the Guardian Alliance associated with the Emerald Order of the Sirian High Council with detecting Enki's cloaked infiltration and recoding the Galactic Federation's navigation and piloting systems over about ten months.
Ismael Perez said most of the ancient builders who laid out Earth's sacred sites and ley-line works were Emerald Order members from Sirius, joined by beings from light-aligned stars of upper Orion such as Mintaka, and from Arcturus and Lyra.
Ismael Perez said every galaxy has a Council of 12 (now becoming 13) at its center where the Guardians reside, and that in our galaxy Sirius serves as the High Council of the Federation.
Ismael Perez said a galactic council stationed at Sirius oversees the constellation, system and planetary councils of our galaxy, all operating in unison under the Law of One, and that leaders in advanced worlds are chosen for having the biggest hearts.
Perez credits the Sirians of Sirius B with establishing the Office of the Christ and the Covenant of Paliador, linking them to the Emerald Order, and says the Sirian High Council oversees all matters in the galactic spheres.
Perez calls Sirius B the grandfather star of our solar system and says the Pleiades with Sirius B circle the galactic core in a 226-million-year cycle. He says the Emerald Order, an alliance of over 200 billion civilisations, met in Sirius to establish the Covenant and Seal of Paliador.
Perez says the Sirians are the original guardians and seeders of Earth, left the Cloister Emerald Tablets, older than Sumer, and seeded Earth several times, with Atlantis the fourth seeding and the present the fifth.
In a 2026-05-17 talk Ismael Perez named the Sirian High Council as the primary governing body of the Galactic Alliance, which he says he represents, and credited it with removing Enki's astral implants from humanity.
In a 2026-04-18 conversation Perez said about 100,000 star systems fall under Sirian jurisdiction, and that the Sirian High Council directed Nibiru to teleport back and destroy the Draconian outpost on Maldek.
In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Perez said the Jedi of Star Wars represent the lineage of Michael, which came from the Lyrans through blue Sirius B and gave rise to the Anunnaki, and he identified his own origin as Sirian of Lyran descent through Enlil's line.
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez called Sirius the first aquatic star nation, whose peoples are among the oldest contributors to intelligent life in this part of the universe. He said several Sirian species evolved in water, with strong telepathy, crystalline and sound-based technology and living crystal that responds to thought, and founded Earth's first undersea civilization about 30 million years ago.
On 2026-09-27 Ismael Perez said the Sirian High Council created the Anuhazi guardian race by integrating all twelve houses of Lyra, in response to the expanding Draconian empire, and that Sirius B is where the Anuhazi bloodline came from. He called it the 'galactic royal' lineage, meaning a configuration of consciousness and DNA, not a political royalty.
The crosswalk reports that Bashar also treats Sirius as a meaningful ET nexus, discussing the Dogon and Nommo connection and ancient cultural links, though without Ismael Perez's detailed administrative and dimensional hierarchy.
Bashar describes a physical Sirian civilization of amphibious, salamander-like beings on a very watery world. He says they visited Earth in ancient times and taught the Dogon of West Africa, who remembered them as the Nommo. He also speaks of Siskeen, the Sirian collective Over-Soul, as a source of healing and guidance with close ties to the Essassani. In his 'triad' model, Sirius, Earth and Essassani form one interlinked triangle of consciousness.
In Elizabeth April's roster of Federation members, the Sirians are an ancient, highly advanced people from the Sirius system whom she associates especially with Atlantis and ancient Egypt. She also channels a being called Klu, described as an 'Inner Earth Sirian', who in a 2022 summit answered questions about divisions inside the Inner Earth and where reptilian energy comes from — suggesting that, for her, some Sirians live inside the planet.
Swaruu says the Sirians are not one race but a vast complex of many. The leading civilization spans several planets of Sirius A and is humanoid with a bluish tint over dark coppery skin, while Sirius B is linked with aquatic peoples who keep great undersea civilizations. Sirius also hosts the largest Urmah colony outside Vega and some positive reptilian groups, and she connects worldwide myths of wise water beings who brought medicine, art and architecture to these Sirians.
Drawing on Robert Temple's The Sirius Mystery, Murry Hope, Patricia Cori, Elena Danaan, Anna Hayes and Radu Cinamar, the encyclopedia describes the Sirians as cultural seeders and priestly transmitters who taught sacred geometry. Sirius A is said to host human-like peoples; Sirius B holds older lineages such as the amphibious Nommos, who per the Dogon record shared knowledge of Sirius B's orbit, along with the Akharu and the recently liberated Ashkeru of planet Thula. Their orientation is described as leaning benevolent but mixed.
In galactic history
Undated · Sirius B, the Anuhazi and the battle-star Nibiru: In Ismael Perez's account, Lyran survivors escaped by portal to Sirius B and, with the Azurites, formed the Sirian High Council. They blended Lyran and Sirian genetics into the Anuhazi, an interdimensional guardian race later known as the Anunnaki, and built Nibiru from a fragment of Avyon to patrol some 200,000 refugee systems on a 3,600-year orbit.
Undated · The Covenant of Palador is founded in Sirius B: In a talk livestreamed on 2023-11-29, Ismael Perez said the forces of light founded the Covenant and Seal of Palador in Sirius B to protect the fifteen-dimensional Time Matrix, the Earth and the original angelic humans.
About 60 million years ago · The Galactic Federation of Worlds is born: Ismael Perez says the Sirian High Council urged every system sheltering human refugees to arm and unite, and the Galactic Federation of Worlds formed about 60 million years ago to counter the Orion Empire. This opened a full-scale galactic 'Star Wars' conflict that he says lasted millions of years.

About 8 million years ago · Confederations unite as the Galactic Federation of Free Worlds: In a 2024 talk Ismael Perez placed the founding of the Galactic Federation of Free Worlds, merging the confederations that resisted the Orion Empire, about 8 million years ago.
About 5 million years ago (as stated in this interview) · A coalition of light becomes the Galactic Federation: In an interview posted 2026-05-10 Ismael Perez said a Lyran-Sirian coalition of light, joined by Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, Epsilon Eridani, Epsilon Bootis, Alpha and Beta Centauri, Mintaka and free upper-Orion systems, became the Galactic Federation about 5 million years ago, a different date from the roughly 60 million years in his course notes.
About 2 million years ago (as stated in this conversation) · Reptilians from planet Alan infiltrate via Mars; Tiamat and Maldek destroyed: In a 2026-04-18 conversation Ismael Perez said Reptilians from planet Alan, orbiting the Draco star system, entered through a Mars portal, built an outpost on Maldek and destroyed Tiamat. Nibiru, sent by the Sirian High Council, destroyed Maldek; he put this at about 2 million years ago, against the roughly 4 million in his course notes.
From the founding of Mu, Earth's first great galactic civilization (per Our Cosmic Origin) · Sirian whale and dolphin people settle Earth's seas: In Our Cosmic Origin, Ismael Perez passes on reports that many of the Cetaceans who originated in Sirius have been on Earth since the beginning of Mu, its first great galactic civilization. He calls them among the most loving beings in the galaxy, come from an ascending galaxy to help.
Undated; the original period of ancient Egypt · Isis and Osiris anchor the Law of One in Egypt: In a 2023-12-09 podcast Perez said Isis and Osiris, representing the Council of Mintaka and benevolent upper Orion, ruled earliest Egypt, which is why the pyramids align with Orion's belt stars.
c. 2023 (about ten months of recoding) · Galactic Federation reorganizes as the Galactic Alliance: Ismael Perez said the returned, cybernetic Enki tried to infiltrate the Galactic Federation's fleets; after the Sirian-linked Guardian Alliance spent about ten months recoding them, the Federation reorganized as the Galactic Alliance.
Now · The 226-million-year galactic cycle closes: In 2023-12-03 and 2023-12-09 livestreams Perez said Alcyone and Sirius B are completing a 226-million-year orbit of the galactic core alongside the 5,000- and 26,000-year cycles, so Earth's ascension will trigger the ascension of the whole galaxy.
As Sirius rises to Harmonic Universe Four · Earth inherits the office of the Christ from Sirius B: In a 2023-12-09 podcast Perez said that as Sirius B moves up to HU4 and Earth to HU2, Earth will assume the role of galactic High Council and become the hub of the galaxy, universe and Multiverse.
