Peoples of the hidden seas and waterways beneath Earth's crust
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez named the Inner Earth Aquatic Kingdoms as the seventh of Earth's seven major ocean civilizations: peoples living in subterranean ocean systems and the waterways that run beneath the crust, which esoteric lore links with Agartha and the other inner-Earth realms. He said they cooperate with the surface ocean civilizations through the Oceanic Council of Earth.
