Oceanic Council of Earth

In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez introduced the Oceanic Council of Earth as the coordinating body of Earth's ocean civilizations: the seven major oceanic peoples together with the four groups that work with Space Force. He said it belongs to the Galactic Alliance network, protects the underwater stargates and the planetary energy grid, and has kept humanity at a distance under four contact protocols for about 10,000 years, until it began working with the Earth Alliance in 2012.
