Lemurian Oceanic Guardians
Lemuria's sea-dwelling heirs, keepers of Earth's original energy pattern
In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez named the Lemurian Oceanic Guardians as the second of Earth's seven major ocean civilizations: descendants of Lemuria who preserve ancient knowledge of planetary consciousness and of Earth's original energetic structure. He said Lemuria always had an undersea Pacific population alongside its land dwellers, and that when geological upheaval struck, part of its people moved into their underwater installations.
