Reformed Draco (Decons)
Dracos who turned back to the light and now serve with the Galactic Alliance
Ismael Perez says some Draconians defected from the dark and returned to the light, and that these reformed Dracos, whose name he gives as Decons or Deons (the spelling is uncertain), now work with the Galactic Alliance. In his October 2026 livestreams he described them as very few in number: Dracos who chose not to go extinct and were given another chance. He cites them as proof that not every reptilian is evil.
Also called: Decons, Deons, Decans, Reformed Dracos.

If you met one…
Picture a tall, scaled figure standing a little apart from a gathering of Alliance officers, head slightly bowed, gold eyes steady but without menace. When it speaks, mind to mind, there is no command in its voice, only a quiet gratitude, as though it still cannot quite believe it was allowed to begin again.
What they look like
Perez gives no physical description. As Dracos by lineage they are pictured in the archive with the upright, scaled reptilian form of their parent race.
Their gifts
Inside knowledge of the Draconian empire they left, now offered to the Galactic Alliance.
Their bond with Earth
Perez presents them as allies of the Galactic Alliance in the closing chapter of what he calls the Draconian era, and as a reminder that alignment, not biology, decides a being's side.
What each source says
Asked whether prominent Draconians had switched sides, Ismael Perez said he was told some Dracos defected from the dark and went back to the light, that they are called the reformed Dracos, known by a name he gave as Decons or Deons, and that they now work with the Galactic Alliance.
Perez said there are good reptilians, though very few, and that some Dracos chose not to become extinct and were given another chance. These reformed Dracos, which he again named Deons or Decons and tried to spell, are now on the side of good.
