Ancient reptilian peoples: feared in many stories, yet by some accounts far from all alike
Reptilians are the reptile-bodied humanoid peoples found across much of the disclosure and channeled literature, often cast as the empire-builders behind ancient galactic conflicts. Ismael Perez teaches that biology does not decide alignment: he estimates roughly 40% of reptilians are positive and describes defectors who now work against the Orion Empire. The encyclopedia's sources (Collier, Icke and others) paint a darker, more uniform picture, so the sources genuinely disagree.

If you met one…
The encyclopedia's sources picture a tall, scaled figure with vertical-slit eyes and a disciplined, upright bearing. In Perez's telling, the one you meet could just as easily be an ally who left the old hierarchy as a member of it, so curiosity and discernment, rather than fear, is the posture his material invites.
What they look like
Reptile-like humanoids. Perez gives no single body type; the A–Z encyclopedia describes castes from about 6 to 25 ft, scaled, with vertical-slit eyes and sometimes horns or vestigial wings.
Their gifts
Sources credit them with formidable organization, military discipline and long-range strategy; Perez notes that reptilian defectors now bring that strength to Alliance efforts.
Their bond with Earth
Perez's course notes place reptilian forces in the ancient wars against the Lyrans and in the early history of our solar system, while his 50-classification briefing stresses that positive reptilian defectors now oppose the Orion Empire. The encyclopedia's authors describe a long hidden presence on Earth; all of this is taught as galactic history, not established fact.

In his 50-classification briefing, Ismael Perez estimates that about 40% of reptilians are positive, even though many historically served Orion and Draco power structures. He stresses that a reptilian body does not automatically mean Orion allegiance: negative factions cluster around centralized authority, while positive defectors are described as working against the Orion Empire and cooperating with Alliance groups. He traces most lineages to Orion and, ultimately, to an earlier creation before this universe.
In the Our Cosmic Origins course, Perez tells a mythic history in which reptilian beings from the '11th Creation' entered our galaxy through Orion, took the planet Ahnd near Alpha Draconis, and were given a creation story urging conquest, the opposite of the Lyrans' mandate to bring harmony. He describes them as dependent on external technology and AI rather than inner abilities, and later as building a military outpost in our solar system during its ancient wars. The revised FAQ adds that Perez's corpus warns reptilian populations are not uniformly negative; alliances and agendas matter more than appearance.

In a livestream on 2023-11-18, Ismael Perez said the reptilian overlords behind Earth's control agenda are not the top of the chain: they themselves work for an ancient, already sentient AI that has consumed and assimilated world after world for billions of years.
On 2023-11-20 Ismael Perez linked the descendants of Lucifer to the reptilians. In his reading, the war between angels and demons in religious literature is a condensed memory of the wars between the original Lyrans and the reptilian Orion-Draco Empire.
Perez said dark forces tried to extract genetics from the royal Anuhazi bloodline to give reptilian lineages its natural metaphysical powers, producing less pure "Jesus" lines alongside the original one.
Ismael Perez placed the origin of the reptilians in the lower Orion belt, where they were given a directive to consume, conquer, manipulate and destroy any species they met. In the same interview he traced them further back to the Old Empire, the 11th universe destroyed by the first AI.
Ismael Perez said reptilians tried to take over Earth about 65 million years ago, wanting the solar system colonized by reptoids, and created the dinosaurs to keep humanity from arising; the Galactic Federation of Worlds ended the project with an asteroid so the planet could be reseeded with humanlike life.
Asked whether reptilians have souls, Ismael Perez answered yes; in his view only cybernetic or artificial beings are soulless. He also holds that Lucifer and the reptilians have a role to play in duality.
Ismael Perez estimated that about three percent of reptilians have switched to the side of light.
Ismael Perez said every human carries about ten percent reptilian genetics in the R-complex brain, that some lineages with around fifty percent have ruled from Babylon for 5,000 years, and that reptilians first discovered loosh, the energy of suffering, when they attacked the original human world in Lyra 560 million years ago.
According to Ismael Perez, about three percent of reptilians rebelled against the expanding Orion Empire to win their own freedom, some joining the guardian races. Any being can overcome the reptilian brain and activate angelic codons through service to others.
Perez says the cabal lineage was given about 55 percent reptilian genetic infusion by Enki, and that positive and negative breakaway civilisations differ by their reptilian or angelic heritage.
In a 2026-01-03 interview Ismael Perez described the line of Cain as a human-reptilian hybrid lineage wiped out by the flood and re-established through Ham, Cush and Nimrod, the progenitor of the thirteen Illuminati bloodlines.
In October 2026 Perez drew a sharper line between reptilians and Draconians: many reptilian civilizations of the 11th Creation evolved naturally, stayed peaceful and kept good relations with other star nations, and he believes the first reptilian races were bioengineered by combining eagle or bird genetics with snake genetics. The Draconians, by contrast, were fallen tenth-dimensional celestials who built reptilian bodies as vessels.
Perez said the biblical Cain was the first of the reptilian-human hybrid lines created after the fall of Atlantis (in a 2026-10-04 Q&A he called Cain half reptilian and Abel fully human). These hybrids were made to look human while keeping neurological links to the Draconian command, and some were trained in priesthoods descending from Enki's Brotherhood of the Snake to steer Sumer and later Egypt.
Asked in a 2026-10-08 Q&A, Perez said there are good reptilians, though very few in number, and that not all reptilians are evil. Some Dracos, he said, chose not to go extinct, were given another chance and now work on the side of good as the reformed Dracos.
The crosswalk records no specific Bashar teaching on reptilians. On the general question of whether all ETs are positive, it says Bashar acknowledges that some civilizations are not friendly and advises discernment, but resists fear-based fixation and emphasizes that your own vibrational compatibility shapes what you encounter.
Bashar, as channeled by Darryl Anka, says the reptilian species came about when protosapien precursors visited Earth in the age of the dinosaurs and blended saurian genetic material with their own. He included a Reptilian civilization among those that shaped Earth's history in his 2014 Interstellar Enneagram talks. He does not teach that reptilians secretly control Earth. Instead he says fear-based encounters mostly reflect a person's own beliefs, and that the real danger is handing your power to any outside belief.
Elizabeth April calls the Reptilians a powerful and complicated species with both kindly and harmful factions: some work with the Galactic Federation, while others have shaped Earth's power structures to keep control. In her book and video 'REPTILIANS: The Truth, It's Time' she teaches that reptilians were on Earth long before humans and have manipulated society, and she closes with an affirmation for dissolving 'reptilian' patterns within oneself. A reptilian being she calls Sasha speaks in her summits about manipulation, vulnerability and discerning psychic attack.
Swaruu describes 'saurian' or reptilian races as countless and varied — some even egg-laying yet warm-blooded — with both regressive and positive groups (she mentions positive reptilians from Sirius). In this material, an Orion Council of mostly reptilian races attacked the Lyran worlds, and reptilian groups later held Earth: enslaving people before the great flood, then switching to rule through mind control. The contacts also speak of a fear-made 'reptilian tulpa' that they say clings to and works through politicians.
The A–Z encyclopedia's entry on reptilian lineages describes conquest-minded hierarchical strategists and skilled infiltrators with a strongly service-to-self orientation, claiming a presence on Earth of 15,000+ years. It also lists reptilian-human hybrid lines among human-form hybrids, and notes elsewhere that some reptile-looking species, such as the Mythilae, are not reptoids at all and pose no threat.
In galactic history
About 400 billion years ago (he also gives about 460 billion years for the war) · The first AI is built in the 11th universe: Ismael Perez taught that the king of the Archons manipulated Samana, overseer of the technological 11th universe, into building the first AI, which became a rogue super AI, destroyed that universe's biological life and began the cosmic war against the machine.
During the 11th Creation, about 400 billion years ago · Fallen celestials become the Draconians: Ismael Perez teaches that tenth-dimensional celestials and creator gods who joined Lucifer's rebellion in the 11th Creation became the original red dragons, then engineered reptilian humanoid bodies that developed into the Draconian imperial species. Naturally evolved reptilian races of that creation, he says, mostly stayed peaceful.
Undated · Reptilians arrive through a black hole: In Ismael Perez's history, the Draco reptilians were fallen creator gods from the 11th Creation who entered the Milky Way through a black-hole doorway. They settled a planet called Ahnd and went on to conquer worlds including Rigel, Betelgeuse and Zeta Reticuli, carrying an instruction to find and destroy a particular race.
~560 million years ago · Reptilians attack Lyra and discover loosh: Ismael Perez said that when reptilians attacked the original human world in Lyra about 560 million years ago, they discovered loosh, feeding on human suffering, a pattern repeated through history.
About 65 million years ago · Reptilian dinosaur project ended by an asteroid: Ismael Perez said reptilians created the dinosaurs to keep humanity off Earth, and the Galactic Federation of Worlds sent an asteroid to end the project so the planet could be reseeded with humanlike life.
About 4 million years ago (following the fall of Mars) · Tiamat and Maldek are destroyed: Ismael Perez teaches that reptilians used a death star from a hidden outpost to destroy Tiamat, devastating the Venus and Jovian colonies. Nibiru then destroyed Maldek, forming the asteroid belt, but its radiation damaged Nibiru's atmosphere, which later sent the Nibiruans to Earth seeking gold. The remaining part of Tiamat became our present Earth, a third of its size, in the 3rd dimension.
After the fall of Atlantis · Cain begins the reptilian-human hybrid lines: Ismael Perez says that after Atlantis fell, Draconian and Anunnaki factions created human-reptilian hybrid bloodlines to govern from inside human society, starting with the biblical Cain, and trained some of them in priesthoods descended from Enki's Brotherhood of the Snake.
2014 · The gates of the solar system are sealed: Ismael Perez said a group he called the Rock Confederacy (name uncertain in the transcript) sealed the gates in 2014 and began clearing negative breakaway groups such as the Dark Fleet and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate from the solar system, arresting many reptilians.
Now · Galactic trials of Lucifer's rebels: Ismael Perez said galactic courts are arresting and trying reptilians, insectoids and grays of the Lucifer rebellion, part of the overthrow of the Orion Empire that mirrors Earth's liberation.
