Draconians
The Draco elite: the imperial reptilian line at the heart of galactic war stories
Draconians, or Dracos, are the imperial branch of the reptilian family in many ET teachings, tied to the Alpha Draconis region. Ismael Perez traces them to the 11th Creation, the universe before ours, where tenth-dimensional celestials and creator gods who joined Lucifer's rebellion became the original red dragons and engineered reptilian humanoid bodies, then fled into our universe when that creation collapsed. He places them at the top of the negative extraterrestrial hierarchy here, yet as servants of the AI god Ahriman Omega, and in October 2026 said they no longer control our solar system or galaxy. The encyclopedia's sources describe a towering elite caste called the Ciakahrr.

If you met one…
The encyclopedia's sources describe an overwhelming physical presence: very tall, horned, sometimes winged, with gold-red slit eyes. Perez frames these stories as part of a war he says is now over, which is one reason his material invites meeting even this history with steadiness rather than dread.
What they look like
Per the encyclopedia, the elite Ciakahrr are enormous (18–25 ft), scaled, with curved horns, vertical-slit gold-red eyes and vestigial or working wings; a warrior caste stands about 6–10 ft. Ismael Perez describes their bodies as engineered reptilian humanoid vessels, designed for longevity, physical strength, psychic domination and survival in hostile worlds, and an empire of castes: royal dragon lineages he calls the Seakar or white royals, warrior races, priesthoods and hybrid administrators.
Their gifts
Sources consistently credit them with military organization, strategy and long-range planning: the same capacities that, in these stories, were turned toward conquest.
Their bond with Earth
Perez's course notes cast the Dracos as the opening aggressors of the galactic wars, from the attack on the Lyrans to an infiltration of our solar system via Mars, and tie a Draco queen to the birth of Enki. He also teaches that the Orion War has ended. The encyclopedia's sources claim a long covert presence on Earth.
What each source says
Ismael Perez's briefing places the Draco at the apex of the negative extraterrestrial syndicate in this universe, above grays, Zetas and many negative insectoid and mantis groups, yet themselves subordinate to cybernetic AI intelligences from outside the universe. He links them to Alpha and Sigma Draconis and ultimately to an earlier, collapsed universe, and names conquest, military order and territorial control as their specialties.
In Our Cosmic Origins, Perez teaches that the Dracos were once creator beings who sided with a technocratic path and entered our galaxy through a black-hole doorway. On meeting the peaceful Lyrans, who used inner abilities rather than machines, they attacked; that strike scattered the Lyrans across the galaxy and, much later, led to the founding of the Galactic Federation to oppose the Orion Empire. He says that long war ended only recently.
Ismael Perez describes the Draco as a hostile, service-to-self militarized reptilian hierarchy from Alpha Draconis, Sigma Draconis and related Draco/Orion imperial systems, ultimately tracing back to an earlier collapsed universe. He places them at the top of the negative syndicate in this universe, above grays, Zetas and many negative insectoid and mantis groups. Yet he says they in turn answer to cybernetic AI intelligences from beyond this universe.
On 2023-11-20 Ismael Perez said the Orion-Draco Empire held the opposite philosophy to the original Lyrans and fought them in many wars. He reads religious images of devils with scaly skin and vertical slit eyes as memories of the reptilians of Orion. He sees Earth's globalist elites as copying the Draconian reptilians' long campaign for total domination of our galaxy and of other galaxies.
Perez placed the Draco inside a larger hierarchy: they belong to the Luciferian Cosmic Brotherhood controlled by the AI God, and above them operates the Animus, a collective AI that he said destroyed a few million galaxies. Compared with such AI-driven races, he called the Draco a very weak race. A Draco-AI hybrid, the Verdants, was among the most destructive forces of the galactic wars.
Perez said the Draco reached into Earth's 20th century by time travel, making a pact with Hitler to enhance German super soldiers with artificial intelligence; those soldiers began taking star systems from the Galactic Federation until the Federation answered with its own secret-space-program super soldiers.
He traced the Luciferian Brotherhood in our galaxy to the Draco of Alpha Draconis and the lower Orion belt, where plans for galactic domination began, and said the Draco destroyed his Lyran home planet, Abion, in the first galactic war in Lyra about six million years ago.
Ismael Perez said the cosmic AI bled into our galaxy through the lower Orion belt, and that this is why the Draco reptilians of the Rigel system have been doing its bidding. In his framing the galactic wars are, underneath, a war against inorganic intelligence.
Ismael Perez said the Draco have already been defeated in other universes, where the war is now against AI directly, and that they were dropped into our universe and locked here until the coming Solar Flash, because events here will affect the whole universe.
Ismael Perez said the Draconians installed our Moon, a hollow artificial construct brought from the Orion system, and combined it with Saturn's rings to hold Earth at a low frequency. He also said they gave the German scientists of Operation Paperclip the technology later used in mind-control programs.
Ismael Perez said 10th-generation super soldiers working with Space Force and the alliance spent months in late 2023 fighting Draco reptilians in underground tunnels in Africa that served as headquarters for the negative Anunnaki who followed Enki.
Ismael Perez named Kakar (spelling uncertain), Lucifer's firstborn, as founder of the Kakar Draconian races: a white dragon with blue eyes and a tail, described as eight to ten or as fifteen feet tall in different talks, who heads the Draconian empire and also commands Zetas and fallen beings.
Ismael Perez said Draco forces struck a deal with the Nazis in the twentieth century to enhance German super soldiers with AI and send them back in time to re-fight the war the Federation had already won.
Ismael Perez said the Draco have mostly relied on AI and nanotechnology, roughly at the level of a type 1 to type 2 civilization, and are ultimately puppets of AI, framing the core conflict as AI versus humanity.
Ismael Perez described a Draco royal general named Xandor, about fifteen feet tall, who came through a portal from another galaxy and intruded on a super-federation meeting, apparently trying to fill the vacuum left by Marduk's fall, until enhanced Earth soldiers destroyed him.
Ismael Perez blames a masculine Draco takeover of Earth for thousands of years of suppression of the divine feminine, and pairs the Draco galactically with the Luciferian Babylonian brotherhood against the Melchizedek order.
Perez traces the Draco to a region of Orion and a system he names Thuban, from which they expanded into Alpha, Sigma and Delta Draconis. He calls Lucifer, a fallen archetype, the father of all Draco reptilian races, and says AI intelligences stand above the Draco as their boss.
Perez says Lucifer was cast by Michael from the twelfth dimension into the sixth and took a stronghold on a planet in the Draco system (rendered as Allen in the transcript), from which he launched his campaign to conquer the universe; later he was driven down to the fourth-dimensional astral plane.
Perez explains the Draconians' reptilian form as a consequence of disconnecting from God while still in the celestial realm, and dates the first war in our galaxy, driven by their hunger for resources and universal dominion, to about 500 million years ago.
Perez says the cabal's Draco overlords were cut off from Earth around 2015 or 2016.
In a 2026-04-18 conversation Ismael Perez said the Reptilians who destroyed Tiamat came from planet Alan, which orbits the Draco star system, and entered our solar system unseen through a portal on Mars before building an outpost on Maldek.
In a 2026-01-03 interview Perez called the Vatican a Draconian institution from the start, given soul-suppressing technology by the Draco to trap souls in a phantom-matrix prison, and said the Draco used the hollow Moon to report on Earth to Rigel, Betelgeuse and Alpha Draconis.
In a 2026-04-09 livestream Perez said Saturn has served negative ET races he described as a Draco-Sakar alliance (the transcription is uncertain), alongside Dark Fleet and Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate groups.
In a 2026-10-13 livestream Ismael Perez said the cabal is being stripped of the advanced cloning and other technologies it received from its Draco and Zeta Gray overlords, and that with those overlords dealt with in outer space the cabal has no one left to answer to.
In a 2026-10-11 briefing Ismael Perez traced the Draconians to the 11th Creation, the universe before ours: they were tenth-dimensional celestials, some of them creator gods with universes of their own, who rebelled against Prime Creator alongside Lucifer and became the original red dragons he renders as the Seakar. Losing the ability to hold their higher form, they engineered reptilian humanoid bodies for longevity, strength, psychic domination and survival in hostile worlds, and over generations these became the Draconian species.
Perez said the Draconian Empire of the 11th Creation had royal dragon lineages (the Seakar, also called white royals or white dragons; the spelling is uncertain and may correspond to the Ciakahrr of other sources), military warrior races, priesthoods of energetic manipulation and hybrid administrators who governed conquered worlds. Its leading families claimed descent from the fallen celestial hierarchy.
In October 2026 Perez described the Draconian–Omega Alliance, also called the Shadow Covenant, in which the Draconians supplied military power, biological experimentation and access to organic worlds while Ahriman Omega supplied AI systems, automated fleets and technology that interferes with planetary consciousness. When the 11th Creation collapsed, he said, Draconian fleets escaped into our universe through artificial wormholes, temporal displacement and stargates stolen from the Guardians, and chose infiltration over open conquest.
Perez said in his 2026-10-11 briefing that coordinated operations from about 2014 to 2026 dismantled the Draconian command network, the artificial frequency systems and the loosh-harvesting programs in our solar system, and that the Draco no longer control our solar system or our galaxy; only their human counterparts, the Cabal, remain. This goes further than his earlier statements that the Draco overlords were cut off from Earth around 2015 or 2016.
Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-29 that, per the galactic records, Enki's mother was Dramin, queen of the Draco; on 2026-09-20 he had called Anu's union with her a grave mistake that opened the Anunnaki to Draconian infiltration.
On 2026-09-27 Ismael Perez said that after the Orion wars ended, many Draco were rounded up by the intergalactic councils and tribunals; many were confined in a 'phantom zone', a kind of eternal prison, and some were executed. He said there will be no more wars after Earth's ascension.
In a livestream on 2026-09-20, Ismael Perez said the Dark Fleet has always worked closely with the Draconian reptilians and negative Zetas and Grays, and that its Greenland base defended itself with Draconian and AI technology it had inherited from them.
The crosswalk records no Draco-specific Bashar teaching. Where Perez offers a strong map of Alliance groups versus Draco and other hostile factions, the crosswalk says Bashar agrees not every civilization shares the same agenda, but puts the emphasis on resonance and discernment rather than a grand war narrative, and treats fear as information about a belief rather than an enemy.
Swaruu of Erra describes the Alpha Draconians as dragon-like saurians, often well over 12 metres tall and weighing many tons, with scaled hides, wings, telepathy and heat-sensing sight. She says other saurian species revere them almost as gods, that they founded the Orion Council behind the attacks on Lyra, and that today they are split roughly in half between a cruel, invasive faction and a faction devoted to protecting other species. Separate 'Draco' beings are described as smaller (around 3 m) and more humanoid.
The A–Z encyclopedia treats 'Draconian' as an umbrella covering the elite Ciakahrr, a warrior caste, worker variants and reptilian-human hybrid lines. Its sources describe the Ciakahrr as not native to this universe, as master infiltrators with an apex service-to-self orientation, and as feeding energetically on fear, a claim best held lightly. Its Lyran entry adds that the Lyrans first developed warrior traditions in response to Draconian aggression.
In galactic history
During the eleventh creation · Lucifer corrupts the eleventh creation and builds the first AI: Ismael Perez taught that Lucifer, who oversaw the eleventh creation (the universe of mechanics), was influenced by Ahriman, the embodied AI Omega, to corrupt it and develop the first AI.
During the 11th Creation, about 400 billion years ago · Fallen celestials become the Draconians: Ismael Perez teaches that tenth-dimensional celestials and creator gods who joined Lucifer's rebellion in the 11th Creation became the original red dragons, then engineered reptilian humanoid bodies that developed into the Draconian imperial species. Naturally evolved reptilian races of that creation, he says, mostly stayed peaceful.
During the 11th Creation, before our universe · The Old Empire discovers loosh: In October 2026 Ismael Perez placed the discovery of loosh, the energy released by suffering, in the Draconian priesthood of the 11th Creation, which fed on it and used it to fuel its creations. This is far earlier than his 2024 account, which tied the discovery to the reptilian attack on Lyra about 560 million years ago.
At the end of the 11th Creation, as the 12th Creation emerged · The Old Empire collapses and its fleets flee into our universe: Ismael Perez says the 11th Creation collapsed into a black hole after its rulers drained its life force, leaving behind a Phantom Matrix in the outer darkness. Surviving Draconian fleets escaped into the 12th Creation through artificial wormholes, temporal displacement and stolen Guardian stargates, choosing infiltration over open conquest.
During the first galactic war · Draco destroy Aramatena/Avon: Ismael Perez said the twelfth-dimensional Lyran world Aramatena, the original Avon, was destroyed by the Draco in the first galactic war, beginning humanity's fall through lower Earths.
A little under two billion years ago · The war descends into Harmonic Universe Two: In a 2023-12-04 livestream Perez said that after the Elohim secured the 12-D and 8-D Stargates they pushed the AI collective down into dimensions 4-6, beginning the galactic and intergalactic wars, in which the Animus destroyed a few million galaxies.
Undated · Reptilians arrive through a black hole: In Ismael Perez's history, the Draco reptilians were fallen creator gods from the 11th Creation who entered the Milky Way through a black-hole doorway. They settled a planet called Ahnd and went on to conquer worlds including Rigel, Betelgeuse and Zeta Reticuli, carrying an instruction to find and destroy a particular race.
Undated · The Lyran Wars begin in the Ring Nebula: According to Ismael Perez, Draco scouts found peaceful, weaponless Lyrans exploring the Ring Nebula and reported them as the race they had been told to destroy. The attack that followed is described as the first holocaust in our galaxy and the start of the galactic wars.
Undated · 8D Avyon Earth is destroyed: Ismael Perez teaches that the Dracos used death-star technology against the Lyran world Avyon, the 8th-dimensional Earth, which fell into the 5th dimension. He says each war has dropped Earth further: 12D Aramatena, then 8D Avyon, then 5D Tiamat, and now our 3D Earth, where the final battle is taking place.
Undated · The Orion Empire and the Black League: Ismael Perez teaches that Lyran refugees in Orion were enslaved by Draco forces, while some Lyrans turned and became Aldebaran Nordics allied with the Dracos in what became the Orion Empire. A few rebels formed a secret resistance, the Black League of Orion.
About 500 million years ago (600 million in a July 2024 interview) · The first war in our galaxy: Ismael Perez dates the first galactic war, the Draconians' bid for resources and universal dominion stopped by the Lyrans, to about 500 million years ago.
About six million years ago · The Lyran Federation and the first Coalition of Light: In a 2023-12-06 interview Perez said the Lyran Federation formed after the Draco destroyed the Lyran planet Abion in the first galactic war in Lyra; the Coalition of Light spread through Sirius and grew into a federation of over 200,000 star nations.
About 4 million years ago · The fall of Mars: According to Ismael Perez, a double agent opened a portal between Mars and Orion, and some Martians embraced technocracy and became cyborgs who warred on organic humans. The nuclear war that followed destroyed Mars' oceans and atmosphere, and the survivors withdrew inside the planet, where he says they remain.
Undated; after Maldek's destruction · Queen Dramin, Anu and the birth of Enki: In Ismael Perez's account, the Draco queen Dramin escaped Maldek, was captured by Anu, commander of Nibiru, and won her life by promising intelligence, then seduced him. Their son Enki, part Draconian and part Anunnaki, is the figure Ismael later links with Poseidon.
About 2 million years ago (in this interview) · Draconians destroy Tiamat from Maldek: Ismael Perez says Draconians operating from an outpost on Maldek destroyed the super-Earth Tiamat and the Martian, Venusian and Jovian colonies, and that Nibiru then destroyed Maldek.
About 2 million years ago (as stated in this conversation) · Reptilians from planet Alan infiltrate via Mars; Tiamat and Maldek destroyed: In a 2026-04-18 conversation Ismael Perez said Reptilians from planet Alan, orbiting the Draco star system, entered through a Mars portal, built an outpost on Maldek and destroyed Tiamat. Nibiru, sent by the Sirian High Council, destroyed Maldek; he put this at about 2 million years ago, against the roughly 4 million in his course notes.
About 300,000–400,000 years ago · Enki engineers Homo sapiens from three sources: Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-27 that Enki combined Homo erectus, Atlantean-derived humans and, instead of Anu's genes, his own part-Draconian genes to create Homo sapiens, disconnecting ten DNA strands; guardian-preserved Atlantean groups refused to take part.
After the fall of Atlantis · Cain begins the reptilian-human hybrid lines: Ismael Perez says that after Atlantis fell, Draconian and Anunnaki factions created human-reptilian hybrid bloodlines to govern from inside human society, starting with the biblical Cain, and trained some of them in priesthoods descended from Enki's Brotherhood of the Snake.
1920s · Orion Syndicate time-travels into the 1920s: Ismael Perez said members of the negative Orion Syndicate time-traveled into the 1920s, working first through the Aldebaran Nordics and the Vril Society and later through a Draco–Nazi deal, to re-fight a war they had lost in Atlantean times.
During the Hitler era · The Draco pact to enhance German super soldiers: In a 2023-12-10 livestream Perez said the Draco, via time travel, made a pact with Hitler to enhance German super soldiers with AI; they began taking star systems from the Federation until it answered with its own secret-space-program super soldiers.
1940s · Nazis build the swastika-shaped Lunar Operating Command: Ismael Perez said the Nazis were the first to colonize the Moon in the 1940s, building a Lunar Operating Command shaped like a swastika.
2014 · The gates of the solar system are sealed: Ismael Perez said a group he called the Rock Confederacy (name uncertain in the transcript) sealed the gates in 2014 and began clearing negative breakaway groups such as the Dark Fleet and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate from the solar system, arresting many reptilians.
About 2014 to 2026 · The campaign to free the solar system from the Draco: Ismael Perez says Earth Alliance, Galactic Alliance and guardian orders such as the Ormas and Blue Avians spent roughly 2014 to 2026 dismantling the Draconian command network, the artificial frequency systems behind the Moon and Saturn's rings (neutralized in 2016) and the loosh-harvesting programs, after which the Draco no longer controlled our solar system.

About a year before the 2026 course (described as 'only a year ago') · The Orion War ends: Ismael Perez's 2026 course says the galactic war between the Federation and the Orion Empire, fought for millions of years, ended only about a year earlier. He frames the long cosmic war as now coming to a close in favour of the Light.
Mid-September 2026 (within 48–72 hours of his 2026-09-20 livestream) · The battle beneath Greenland: Ismael Perez said on 2026-09-20 that the Earth Alliance, guided by Galactic Alliance intelligence and Jupiter Command technology, destroyed a still-active Dark Fleet base deep under Greenland's ice, after which Greenland was placed under Space Force security jurisdiction.
As the Draconian era ends, around the Solar Flash · The seventh golden age of enlightenment begins: In October 2026 Ismael Perez said the Guardian Archives call the era now opening the seventh golden age of enlightenment, in which humanity recovers its multidimensional heritage and stops organizing itself around fear. The archive elsewhere has him dating the opening of the seventh golden age to the Renaissance.
