In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez taught that Atlantis was always half a sea civilization, whose engineers built vast submerged complexes for research, transport and planetary energy, and that survivors of its fall formed independent undersea communities that still operate, far evolved beyond the original; he lists this Atlantean Submerged Colony among Earth's seven major ocean civilizations. In a 2026-04-09 livestream his guest said this living Atlantis fills three giant domes, larger inside than out, home to about 300 million Atlanteans eight to nine feet tall, and Ismael compared it to the undersea kingdom in the film Aquaman.

A soft glow appears far below the boat, then the outline of a great dome lit from within like a pearl. Those who dream of it describe tall, calm people waiting at a shimmering threshold, welcoming you home as if you had been away a very long time.

Tall, strong humanoids of eight to nine feet, whose height the guest put down to more active DNA. The archive pictures them with luminous skin, pale hair and sea-blue eyes.
