Earth's dolphins and whales seen as an ensouled ocean people
The Cetacean Nation is the starseed community's name for Earth's own dolphins and whales, understood as an ensouled, intelligent people rather than as animals alone. In a 2026-10-17 livestream Ismael Perez counted them, as the Cetacean Consciousness Collective, among Earth's seven major ocean civilizations: a network of whale and dolphin minds of Sirius B origin that keeps the planet's memory through sound and collective communication, and whose ancestors he says walked upright on land 28 to 30 million years ago. His book links them to Mu, and the wider community sees whales as living libraries and dolphins as teachers of joy, play and sound healing.

It often begins at sea: a pod turns to swim alongside the boat, or a whale's huge, calm eye meets yours for a long moment. People describe a hum felt in the chest, sudden tears, and a sense of being recognised by someone very old and very kind.
What they look like
Earth's dolphins, porpoises and whales, from playful bottlenose dolphins to great humpback, sperm and blue whales. Those who report contact describe them as fully aware persons whose presence can be felt beyond the body.

He described whales and dolphins as keepers of planetary memory since about 30 million years ago, able to communicate across all sea life and to preserve ancient frequencies.
Lemurian lore compiled in the A to Z encyclopedia says that when Lemuria sank, some of its people ascended while others transformed into sea creatures: mermaids, dolphins and whales.
