He described them as an advanced amphibious and aquatic race from Sirius, one of the oldest lineages of intelligent life in this part of the universe, whose culture rests on crystalline technology, telepathy and water-based energy. They are the first of the seven major ocean civilizations of the Oceanic Council of Earth.
